Editing & Quality Review

The editor makes certain comments in the translated file (if necessary) and sends the file to the project coordinator, who checks the editor’s comments and involves into discussion with the client for style guide and terminology to be followed. The comments are then sent to the assigned translator who is responsible for that specific project.

Reformatting of Target File

The native translator overviews the editor’s comments and rejects or accepts the comments. Such disagreement over the suggestions is then discussed by our team, editor and translator. Often, client clarification is sought wherever additional inputs or technical areas are involved.

Layout

In this step, our DTP experts make sure that the layout of the translated file is in line with the client’s requirement.

Proofreading

The translated file is proof-read for correctness.

Layout QC

This step involves removing any kind of mechanical errors in the target file. Also, our experts check if all the technical specs are followed with precision and accuracy.

Final QC

The translated file is reviewed again to check that all the issues have been resolved. After complete quality assurance, the project is delivered to the client.
